Because beauty services are time-based and tailored specifically to each individual, I ask that you please review the policy below before booking or purchasing.
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic and cosmetic services, all service sales are final. Time, product, and expertise cannot be returned once rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your results, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment—I am always open to feedback and will do my best to address any concerns professionally and respectfully.
Product Refunds
If you’ve purchased a retail product (such as lash cleanser or accessories), unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. All returned items must be in original packaging and show no signs of tampering.
