Important Update on Appointment Policies and Lash Care Guidelines

Keeping appointments running smoothly and ensuring the best results for your lash services are top priorities. Recently, there have been challenges with last-minute cancellations and rescheduling, which affect not only the schedule but also other clients who might want those time slots. To maintain fairness and quality for everyone, this post shares updated policies and gentle reminders about lash care before your appointment.

Updated Appointment Change Policy

To respect everyone’s time and keep the schedule efficient, please note the following:

  • Changes to appointments must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

This includes cancellations and rescheduling.

  • Late rescheduling fee is 25% of the service cost.

If you reschedule less than 12 hours before your appointment, this fee applies.

  • Late cancellation fee is 50% of the service cost.

Cancelling within 12 hours or not showing up counts as a cancellation.

  • Unpaid fees will result in a balance on your account, which must be cleared before booking future appointments.

Why These Rules Matter

When appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, it leaves empty slots that other clients cannot book. This causes lost income and wasted time. By following the 12-hour notice rule, you help keep the schedule fair and allow others to enjoy timely services.

Lash Care Before Your Appointment

Your lash service will look and last best when your natural lashes are clean and free of makeup. Here are some tips to prepare:

  • Wash your eyelashes before arriving.

A wash station is available in the service room if you need it, but please note that this will reduce your appointment time.

  • Arrive makeup-free.

Makeup, oils, and dirt can prevent the lash adhesive from bonding properly, affecting the durability and appearance of your lashes.

  • Professional lash bath option.

If you prefer, you can schedule a professional lash bath for $5 before your service. This must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

How Lash Care Affects Your Results

Clean lashes allow the adhesive to stick better, which means your extensions will last longer and look more natural. Dirt and makeup can cause premature lifting or irritation. Taking a few extra minutes to wash your lashes or scheduling a lash bath can make a big difference in your satisfaction with the service. Foaming Lash Cleanser is available to purchase for $10

What to Expect If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule

If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, please:

  • Contact us at least 12 hours ahead to avoid fees.

  • Understand that last-minute changes will incur charges as outlined above.

  • Note that unpaid fees will be added to your account balance and must be settled before you can book again.

This policy helps keep the schedule fair and ensures that everyone has access to the best possible service times.

Tips for Smooth Scheduling and Lash Care

  • Set reminders on your phone or calendar to avoid forgetting appointments.

  • Plan your day to allow time for lash washing before your visit.

  • Book your lash bath in advance if you want professional cleaning.

  • Communicate early if you need to change your appointment.

By following these simple steps, you help create a better experience for yourself and others.

Keeping these policies and care tips in mind will help maintain a smooth, respectful, and high-quality service environment. Your cooperation supports not only your own lash results but also the entire client community. If you have questions or need assistance with scheduling, please reach out anytime.
