Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 12 hours' notice will be subject to a 15% late cancellation or rescheduling fee. We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. A 15-minute grace period is provided, but if you arrive later than that, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show. When you arrive, please use the callbox at the entrance and enter room number 404 to be buzzed in. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time, as we do the same for yours. 💖
