Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. A 15-minute grace period is provided, but if you arrive later than that, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show. When you arrive, please use the callbox at the entrance and enter room number 404 to be buzzed in. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect my time and ensure availability for all clients, please note the following: - Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours of your appointment) or no call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service price. - Reschedules made after 48 hours of your original appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. Failure to make this payment will prevent any future appointments. Late cancellations and reschedules prevent other clients from booking those time slots.
