Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. A 15-minute grace period is provided, but if you arrive later than that, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show. When you arrive, please use the callbox at the entrance and enter room number 404 to be buzzed in. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect my time and ensure availability for all clients, please note the following: - Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours of your appointment) or no call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service price. - Reschedules made after 48 hours of your original appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. Failure to make this payment will prevent any future appointments. Late cancellations and reschedules prevent other clients from booking those time slots. These policies help keep scheduling fair and consistent. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time, as we do the same for yours. 💖
